McCain has an eye on the White House

Now before you say, “Duh, everyone knows that.” Take a look at this McCain — McCain Foods, the world’s largest maker of French fries. In a new campaign launching this week, Canadian-based McCain is looking to attract more attention in the U.S.

The campaign does not endorse the other McCain. Instead, copy in advertisements and on the web site encourages consumers to vote for a change — and pick the blue bag instead of the red one that’s more readily known throughout the U.S.

But don’t think this McCain is going to side-step the tough issues. For instance, “McCain promises to stand up against all dic-taters and produce only good, honest potatoes.”

Only time will tell how this candidate will fair in this year’s election. Watch for ads and YouTube videos of Frank Caliendo doing his best John McCain impersonation until November.
